today had its ups and downs. up #1: we got out of the house for a trip to none other than TARGET! i mean, where else would you go if you got out of the house for one trip?! :) anyway, i picked up some vick's baby vapor rub that has some eucalyptus, rosemary and lavender to rub on reese's chest and neck to soothe her. up #2: it was beautiful outside!! we took a walk to the pool and dipped our feet in. it was quite chilly. oh i can't wait until we can actually get in!! i have reese's swimsuits (yes, 2 suits!), float, sunscreen and swim diapers ready to go! up #3: my sweet friend, sol, brought us some homemade treats! i haven't tasted them yet, but i'm sure they are delicious! thanks sol!
down #1: reese had some fever today, 102 at one point. we will head to the doctor tomorrow morning hopefully b/c it sounds like the junk has traveled down to her lungs. that's not good. down #2: reese got her first bruise. :( yes, in the midst of all the yucky sickness, reese hit her head on the same corner that always gets her! this time it left a small bruise on her forehead. poor thing, she can't win this week.
