matt came home from work yesterday and as soon as he walked in the door he said, "did you grow overnight?!" i think i did. i've really popped out there over the past three weeks and am officially in the "cute stage" - you can tell i'm pregnant, but i'm not "big as a house" yet.
i hope you can see these two ultrasound shots of the baby - first the legs crossed + the head on the right and then the face profile. they were taken about three weeks ago when matt was able to go with me to the doctor, which if you can believe this, was our first "date" in hungary. my friend, kristina, kept reese for us while we went to the doctor and had greek food for lunch. it was a fun date b/c it was his first time to see the baby, besides in the other ultrasound pics i'd brought home. since he's seen the baby moving on the screen and has also felt the baby kick, it's becoming more real to him. he says, "it's still so crazy to me that you have a baby growing inside your body!" to me, the craziest part is when the baby comes out and you fully understand that a baby was inside you and looks just like she* did when she was in utero! there's no transformation when she comes out. she had the eyes, nose, fingers and toes all inside, but is now out in the world getting hugs and kisses and camera flashes in her face!*i use "she" because we have a girl, not because we know the gender of the baby.

what a cute belly you have!! i can't believe another cousin is on her (or his) way! i wonder if he (or she) will look just like reese and brody w/ lots of cheeks!!
