preschool field trips

with reese's last day of preschool tomorrow i figured i better get her field trips documented. i admit i was a bit apprehensive about letting reese ride on a school bus by herself, so i rode with her the first time. reese and all the other kids were hilarious squealing their little heads off when the bus started moving. i think i smiled the whole ride to the theater at the thought of how much fun each child was having on that bus.

the first field trip was to an interactive peter pan play which reese did NOT like. she sat on my lap the whole time saying she wanted to go back to school. she survived the show with her head buried in my shoulder about 50% of the time.

for the second field trip i stepped out of my comfort zone and let her ride on the bus without me. she did great and she like the destination better b/c it involved playing in water!

i only got sprayed by these once.

the downtown spray park scene... {houston doesn't have a nice water source like a lake or river or something, so we make do with we have - water fountains on concrete.}

the peaceful scene before children...

reese and i both agreed that we need to take dad and matson to this place. they would like it!
