smiles + coos

matson gives the best smiles and sweetest coos. it makes flirting with him so much fun.

matson is doing really well. he's 12 weeks old now. (i just had to count b/c i couldn't remember. :)) he's sleeping all night - meaning 8:30ish to 7:00ish (sometimes 6:30, sometimes 7:30 - i LOVE those 7:30 days!) with one dream feed at 10:00. he's very alert when he's awake and watches me walk around the room, is entertained just by shaking a toy in front of his face, loves the bouncy seat and the pacifier, loves being held, falls right to sleep in the baby carrier, likes the stroller when it's moving (no stopping mom!), and sucks the heck out of his little fists. he's not a fan of the swing, so that's gone back to storage. no need to take up space in the living room. if i catch him at the right time, i can put him in his bed and he'll go to sleep on his own without a peep. it's a whole different ballgame if he's overtired. he is such a sweet, sweet baby and i love him more and more everyday!!
