i don't normally do this, but i'd like to dedicate this post to my paw-paw charlie and grandma dorothy. they are my mom's dad, charlie macha, and my dad's mom, the late mariallis dorothy davis holmlund.
reese loved her dorothy dress! shhhh, don't tell her...she still doesn't know dorothy has SPARKLY red shoes. :) next year she'll probably know the difference, but this year i got away with it!
for matson's costume i took a plain yellow shirt that i already had and painted the charlie brown zigzags on it. simple as that.
reese's school had a little halloween parade and singing show the thursday before halloween. i didn't get a good picture of the singing part, but it was so cute! reese is an animated singer and knows all the words. i watched and smiled like the proudest mom!
matson sacrificed his morning nap to watch.
instead of going trick or treating we went to a friend's party. reese had a great time swinging in the hammock in the back yard.
not sure what matson was doing with his finger, but i had to include charlie with his daddy.
