the yearly stats

before time gets away from me (as it so often does) i need to make note of the kids latest stats. 

reesey boo at four years old is 35.6 lbs (50%) and 41 1/4" tall (75%). 

she was so sweet at the doctor's office and followed all instructions very well. she thought she was a big girl doing the eye and ear tests. then came time for the shots. she had been saying for weeks that she wasn't going to cry for her shots b/c they hurt for just a minute and then it's over.  she did so good for the first one, but i could tell she thought, "this kind of does hurt." and then for the second one the look on her face was, "oh my gosh, this really does hurt!!!" and she broke down. poor baby. i felt so sorry for her, but now she's done with shots until she's 12!

  buddy boy at two years old is solid little guy weighing in at 30lbs (75%) and is 34 7/8" (75%).

little buddy did well at the doctor's office too. i just hate having to keep him entertained while we wait and wait. thankfully i was able to take each child by themselves. as for matson's shots, he didn't even know it was coming. he screamed and said, "go! go!" and we did! he only cried for about 30 seconds b/c he remembered the lollipop at the checkout.
