happy birthday, matt!

yesterday was my sweet husband's birthday. i'm a day late in posting b/c i was so busy celebrating his life that i didn't have time to post. we enjoyed a delicious dinner together last night with a little port for dessert. i think i've only had port once or twice before. it was quite good. matt thought so too. anyway, matt says he has had a great week. i concur. we will continue celebrating on friday (matt's day off) with a visit to the museum of fine arts to see the french paintings exhibit before it leaves on sunday. we will be spoiled to see beautiful paintings by van gogh, renoir, monet, manet, picasso, cezanne, etc. it will be great! (on a side note, i'm really excited to see these paintings. i loved the art history class i took in college!) i love you, matt!! xoxo (picture: matt at 6 mo old)
