the 30's club
i confess i turned 30 on sunday. there's no hiding it. i held on to my twenties as long as possible, but the inevitable finally happened. it was my turn to join the 30's club. thankfully the club has some great people in it already so i think it will be a great time. i've always heard people like their thirties the best, so i hope that holds true for me. to properly celebrate this joyous occasion we went out for margaritas. our children were angels. thank you reese and matson for behaving so well! it gave mom and dad a chance to have a relaxing dinner. our friends catherine and ross joined us with their six week old baby, ariana. poor ariana wasn't too happy about the celebration. or maybe it was the margarita her mom sipped that she didn't like. at any rate, we had a great time laughing and talking over quesadillas and margaritas.

p.s. if you think i look terrible in these pictures, i do. my allergies have been going CRAZY! my first night as a thirty year old woman was quite miserable not being able to breath and all. i'm doing better now that's it's couple days later.
