go get some skillz dude!

one time when reese was younger (three, i think), matt was going off to play soccer and she yelled to him as he walked down the street, "go get some skillz dude!" i have no idea where she learned that but we cracked up and now she says it all the time. it was quite cute when she yelled it at him when we went to his soccer game a couple weeks ago.  i kept promising the kids that i'd take them to a 7:00 game, so we went to the championship game that happened to be the coldest night of the year. we enjoyed bundling up and cheering him on, or playing on the bleachers and behind those the drainage pond.

i didn't get to watch much of the game since reese and matson were all over the place, so i took that opportunity to take some pics. and then when i got home i realized that i didn't even get a picture of the soccer dude or uncle nate. (matt's bro played with his team that night and hopefully will next season too.)
